Free Indeed: 3 Day Devotional
Day 3 Respond to the Truth
Scriptures:
“Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” — John 8:32 (NIV)
“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” — John 8:36 (NIV)
Reflection:
You were never meant to carry guilt, shame, or the pressure to perform.
Jesus took your place on the cross—and walked out of the grave—so you could walk out of your chains.
Freedom doesn’t come through your effort.
It comes through Jesus alone—the One who declared, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.”
Jesus doesn’t just point to truth—He is the Truth.
And that truth doesn’t just inform—it sets you free.
You don’t have to perform, pretend, or prove anything.
If the Son has set you free, respond by walking in it—because it’s already done.
Reflection Question:
What truth about Jesus do I need to fully believe so I can live free indeed?
Prayer:
Jesus, You are the way, the truth, and the life. Let Your truth break every lie I’ve believed, and help me walk today in the freedom You already secured.
