"Made New: Created and Called" 4 Day Devotional

Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:17
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!"

Reflection:
No matter what you’ve been through, God specializes in taking what the world has deemed
worthless and shaping it into something glorious. Like an old screw repurposed to complete the nursery cart missing a bolt, God is shaping you into exactly what is needed for His purpose.

You may feel discarded, overlooked, useless or forgotten. But Remember: God takes the discarded and gives them purpose. He takes the overlooked and gives them a platform. He takes the useless and makes them productive. He takes the forgotten and calls them precious. When Jesus transforms you, you’re not just better—you’re made new!

Prayer:
Lord, thank You for reclaiming me and making me new. When I feel overlooked or forgotten, remind me that in Your hands, I am treasured and purposeful. Use me to glorify You and fulfill Your plans. Amen.

Challenge:
Declare today: “Use me, Lord!” Reflect on an area of your life where you’ve felt forgotten or
discarded. Trust that God can transform it into a testimony of His love and power. Share this
truth with someone who needs encouragement.
