ADORATION: More Than Just a Praise 3 Day Devotional

Day 1 Adoration Requires Personal Commitment

Scripture: Psalm 34:1 – “I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.”

Devotional Thought
David wasn’t in a palace when he penned these words—he was on the run, humiliated, and hiding. And yet, he says, “I will bless the Lord at all times.” That’s not reaction—that’s resolution. Adoration isn’t seasonal; it’s a settled choice. It’s deeper than a praise break—it’s a posture of the heart rooted in reverence.

Praise can be a response to a moment. Adoration is a lifestyle of commitment. It doesn’t hinge on how you feel. It’s not dependent on your environment. It flows from a heart that has decided: God is worthy—always.

Reflection Questions
1. What does my pattern of prayer reveal about my commitment to adore God?
2. When was the last time I prayed just to tell God how much I love Him?
3. How can I practice adoration throughout my day?

Prayer
Lord, help me bless You at all times. Give me a heart that’s consistent in reverence and rooted in awe. May my worship not be reactive, but reflective of my commitment to You. Amen.
