Day 3: Allow God to Restore You
Scripture:
“He restores my soul.” – Psalm 23:3a (NKJV)
Reflection:
Rest is the doorway. Restoration is the destination. God doesn’t just want to calm your body—He wants to heal your soul. In His presence, weariness is met with strength, emptiness is filled, and brokenness is made whole.
You don’t have to carry what you were never meant to bear. Lay down the guilt. Release the
pressure. Restoration isn’t something you earn—it’s something you receive. And it begins the moment you surrender.
Prayer Prompt:
Lord, restore me from the inside out. Heal what’s hidden. Breathe new life into the places that feel empty. Help me to walk in wholeness.

What burdens have you been carrying that God is calling you to release so He can restore your soul?
